Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We do not charge customers automatically at the end of the subscription term. When the subscription term expires, access to the software or account benefits will end unless the customer places a new order or purchases a renewal.
Customers may request cancellation before the digital product, license information, or account access has been delivered. Once the digital product, license information, or account access has been delivered, cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to our Refund & Shipping Policy.
Limitation of Liability
